When you turn 65 it becomes a whole new ball game. Uh, any questions we do have, I mean Blue Cross Blue Shield here, they have that information meeting in the fall, and we always come to the information meeting just to find out what’s new, what’s changed.

[Rosemary D.]

When I turned 65, you know, Social Security, Medicare and all that so we went to our insurance agent who was Farm Bureau, yeah Matt Stone and he told us about all of the different programs and everything with Blue Cross Blue Shield

And so, we picked the one that was best for us that we thought. And have been very happy with it, the benefits are great.

[Kim D.]

And, coming to a brick-and-mortar facility was just for us, the right thing and you could talk face-to-face and we can see the body language, etcetera.

It was just outstanding for us to have our medical and Medicare person right here.
