Some prescription medications require pre-approval from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC).

We provide medication therapy management (MTM) to members with a Service Benefit Plan. By calling 984-364-3798, members can talk with clinical pharmacists who can help identify, prevent, and resolve any medication-related problems, from side effects to drug use for non-medical purposes.
