Our Sales and Marketing professionals are leaders who design and develop new plans and services for our members. They identify the features and benefits that our customers are looking for and are responsible for getting them to market.

As a Blue Cross NC employee, you'll help us build on the reputation we have for quality, trustworthiness and stability. You'll also help us show the community who we are and enrich our customers' experiences. Use feedback from our customers to make sure we're offering the products that meet their needs and speaking in a way that resonates with North Carolinians. You'll work with our team to make sure we're consistent in our brand and messaging.
Managing Client Relationships
Our team develops strategies for managing accounts with our current clients. The team has a strong understanding of our clients' needs and the value that Blue Cross NC offers. They also develop strategies and tactics to help groups improve their members' health.
Connecting with NC Communities
Blue Cross NC is committed to the health and well-being of all North Carolinians, not just our members. You'll be part of a team setting up special health promotion events and other special events in the community. You'll also organize opportunities for your fellow employees to volunteer. We also have opportunities for you to help us reach North Carolinians and our employees with important news about Blue Cross NC. We reach out digitally, in social media and in traditional mediums.
