Update: Blue Cross NC updates Autoimmune Pathways Program January 19, 2024 Pharmacy

UPDATE: The Autoimmune Pathways Program has updated based on the previous communications posted on June 7, 2023.

You previously heard about our Autoimmune Pathways program with program vendor Outcomes Matter Innovations (OMI).

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) is focused on making health care better for all by making it more affordable and accessible for our members. We can't meet this challenge without help from you. That's why we've listened to your feedback and have incorporated some changes to this program.

The health of our members, and supporting our providers to that end, is our top priority. The Autoimmune Pathways program seeks to ensure quality outcomes for our members while supporting providers both financially and through data.

The program remains completely voluntary for providers and supports providers in their current practices.

OMI representatives will contact you and your office staff to solicit your voluntary participation and provide the revised program details. We look forward to moving forward with you in 2024.
