Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina’s Risk Adjustment Coding Provider Education and Engagement Team is offering Microsoft LIVE meetings in 2023. These events will focus on coding educational topics and highlight coding tips and guidelines. We encourage you and your staff to take advantage of this free educational opportunity. The process of risk adjustment relies on providers to perform accurate medical record documentation and coding practices in order to capture the complete health condition(s) of each individual patient at each visit (or encounter).
