Reminder for Practitioners and Facility Providers to Verify Accuracy of Directory Information

As we previously posted in this attestation reminder, as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) requires providers to attest to the accuracy of their information published in the online directory every 90 days.
How Do You Verify Your Data? If you are a non-delegated individual practitioner or facility provider, verify your data with BetterDoctor, a solution of QuestAnalytics. BetterDoctor simplifies the attestation process for providers through automatic reminders and sharing updates and attestation status with other plans.
For large non-delegated groups, BetterDoctor accepts rosters. Large groups can contact BetterDoctor directly at 844-668-2543 or rosters@questanalytics.com and request to be enrolled in their large group health system (LGHS) program which allows providers to send a spreadsheet of all their locations for directory attestation.
No Contact From BetterDoctor? If you have not been contacted by BetterDoctor yet, the contact information we have on file may be incorrect. Go to Blue Cross NC’s website and click Providers and search for the Demographic and Contact Information form and follow instructions.
