Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina to launch updated public website
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) public website is getting a major redesign and will launch August 8, 2023, at http://www.bluecrossnc.com.
For our provider community, we have redesigned our public website with a cleaner, simpler design and navigation providing you with the web resources you need to continue to provide high quality care to our members. Some enhancements include:
- You can now log into Blue e, our provider portal, from any page, although your log in credentials will not change
- Better organization and navigation helping you locate the information you need quickly
- Improvements to search tools making it easier to find relevant answers to your questions.
- Redesign and improvements to the web experience for the most popular processes including:
- Credentialing and Enrollment
- Medical Policy Search
- Claims, Appeals and Inquires
- Retiring the Provider Toolkit pages due to low utilization.
