Blue Cross NC NCQA Access to Care Accreditation Survey

Every year, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) invites providers to complete the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Access to Care Accreditation survey. Your response will aid Blue Cross NC in maintaining our NCQA star rating.

You may have heard from us about the NCQA Access to Care Accreditation survey over the phone in previous years. This year, we are making it easier with an online form that will take less than 4 minutes of your time.

If you practice in primary care, oncology, behavioral health, or obstetrics / gynecology, there is still time to complete Blue Cross NC’s annual "access to care" survey.

If you have not yet participated this year, you may have received an email on November 9, 2023, from BlueCrossNC@feedback.com. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Anonymous results will be aggregated and shared with NCQA and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters (NBPP) On Exchange Federal Standard requirements. NCQA accreditation signifies Blue Cross NC’s commitment to ensuring safety of clinical care services and quality health care to its members.
