2023 Provider Relationship Survey Opens For Feedback
Providers in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) network recently received a Provider Relationship Survey in their email. We would like to know about your experience as a partner of Blue Cross NC. Please share your honest feedback on your satisfaction level as a participating Blue Cross NC network provider. We value your response, and it will help to inform internal improvements.
Following the success of the first survey administered last fall, this is the second iteration of the Provider Satisfaction Survey, designed as a way for providers to easily provide feedback to influence our internal processes to support you.
