An Opportunity to Share Your Feedback with Us - Provider Relationship Survey Available Now October 20, 2022 Quality-Based Programs

Providers in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) network received a Provider Relationship Survey in their email earlier this week. We would like to know about your experience as a partner of Blue Cross NC. Please share your honest feedback on your satisfaction level as a participating Blue Cross NC network provider. We value your response, and it will help to inform internal improvements.  

In addition, PCPs, Oncologists and OB-GYNs received additional questions in their survey regarding National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) NET 2 Access to Care Requirements as well as ACA On Exchange business. The NCQA rating is attested annually, and answering these questions aids us in maintaining our NCQA star rating. The ACA On Exchange requirements are new for plan year 2024 which will have to be attested to during our QHP application process. We appreciate your response to these questions so that we can continue to provide star service to our members.   

While the Provider Satisfaction Survey is a new effort on our part, we hope to offer the survey annually as a way to easily provide feedback to influence our internal processes to support you.
