How to Get Provider Service Support for IPP Host COVID-19 Inquiries February 22, 2021 Ancillary Pharmacy COVID-19

Please note: The following is specific to Inter-Plan Program Host (IPP Host) members. These are members of another state’s Blues plan but receive care in North Carolina.

Starting Feb. 22, 2021, please do not use the COVID-19 Claims Escalation form or email address for IPP Host member inquiries. All inquiries for this group of members, whether they are related or unrelated to COVID-19, should use the contacts listed below:

  • To verify benefits for IPP Host members, please call 800-676-2583.
  • For questions related to claims, providers can review the claim on Blue e or call 800-487-5522.
