Effective until July 19, 2021, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) Commercial/State Prior Authorization phone lines will close each day from noon to 1 p.m. This will allow Blue Cross NC to ensure we maintain availability during our peak times.
Providers attempting to reach the Commercial/State Prior Authorization phone line can call 800-672-7897.
Providers can leave a message or call back into the line by calling 800-672-7892.
