You don’t have to cancel your reservation if you decide not to attend. If you can’t attend now, but want to go to a different info session, walk-ins are welcome.
Yes. You can attend any scheduled session. You don’t have to contact us in advance. There’s no penalty for not attending your scheduled session.
Yes. Please feel free to bring guests. They will not be turned away. All facilities have space limitations, however, and seating may be limited.
You can attend as many sessions as you like. The presentations are the same at each.
There are no fees to park at any of our session locations.
All facilities are public facilities that offer easy accessibility. Our reserved meeting spaces always allow wheelchair access.
Yes, we provide seating on a first come, first served basis. Late arrivals may have standing room only.
When there’s severe weather, sessions may be canceled at the last minute. Please watch your local television station for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) closings and cancellations in your area.
Blue Cross NC representatives will be on hand to answer questions following the presentation. All of our representatives are agents licensed in North Carolina.
Yes. You can complete your application and leave it with the agent at the meeting. You’ll need your Medicare Card information, which includes your Medicare claim number as well as your Part A and Part B effective dates.
You don’t need to bring or disclose any personal information at the meeting. If you’re interested in applying at the meeting, you’ll want to bring your Medicare card, which includes your Medicare claim number as well as your Part A and Part B effective dates.
No. A ticket or confirmation number isn’t needed.
No. Signing in is optional.
The presentations are conducted by a Blue Cross NC agent and last about 20 minutes. Audience questions may add more time. You can leave at any time. You’re not obligated to stay for any part of the session.
We suggest you arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
You will be admitted at any time, even if you’re late. But because of limited seating, there may be standing room only.
