Does it work?

Reaching a healthy weight through good nutrition and exercise is also important for people with diabetes or prediabetes. In fact, 26% of Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less participants on diabetes medication at the start of the program were advised by their doctor to reduce or discontinue medication as a result of the program.1
