Carolina HealthWorks is a special multiple employer welfare arrangement available to members of the NC Chamber or participating local chambers.

Employers with 2 to 50 employees who are members of the NC Chamber or participating local chambers receive access to a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) health plan with competitive rates, flexibility, and convenience normally reserved for larger businesses. Claims and plan administration are funded through a fixed monthly fee, and risk-based pricing provides potential savings compared to more expensive community-rated options.
