The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) behavioral health care navigation service is currently experiencing higher than usual referral volumes, which may result in longer response times. We appreciate your patience and are working to process referrals as quickly as possible in the order they are received.

For faster assistance, use the Blue Cross NC Find Care tool to find a mental health provider. 

Members experiencing a crisis or needing immediate assistance should call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or 911.
