As part of our compliance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines, our network conducts monthly monitoring of provider medical licenses.
What this means for you:
- If an expired license is identified during our monthly monitoring, we are required to take immediate action to terminate the provider from our network.
- To avoid disruption, please notify us promptly of any changes to your license status, including renewals, delays, or updates.
- This helps maintain accurate records and ensures providers remain in good standing.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining compliance and supporting the highest standards of care for our members.
