Beginning February 1, 2026, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) will begin working with outside vendor Verifiable to conduct Primary Source Verification as part of the credentialing and recredentialing process for our providers.
As part of this process, providers may receive direct outreach from Verifiable via email at CVO@verifiable.com. These communications may address missing or incomplete information identified in your application. Common examples include:
- A current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- An up-to-date CAQH profile
Please note: Outreach from Verifiable is legitimate. To avoid delays, ensure emails from CVO@verifiable.com are not blocked or marked as spam.
