Solution for Missing Cite AutoAuth Tab in Care Affiliate
Attention Care Affiliate Users:
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) has observed that the Cite AutoAuth tab within Care Affiliate may not always appear automatically after submitting authorization requests.
If your request qualifies for Cite AutoAuth, the tab should then appear in the left column on the screen as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the Cite AutoAuth tab to launch the Cite AutoAuth application.
