Through September 14, 2025, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine is offering a free continuing education course to providers. The online course provides a foundational, evidence-based introduction to lifestyle medicine, emphasizing how food and nutrition can play a critical role in preventing and managing chronic diseases.

This course features three modules with practical strategies for prescribing therapeutic lifestyle interventions, providing the knowledge and tools to enhance your practice and improve patient outcomes.
