Every year, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) invites our providers to complete the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Access to Care Accreditation survey. The brief online survey takes less than four minutes to complete and includes only a few questions. We appreciate your response as it will aid Blue Cross NC in maintaining our NCQA accreditation.
If you practice in primary care, oncology, behavioral health, or obstetrics/gynecology, you may receive an email the week of October 6, 2025, from BlueCrossNC@feedback.com. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. Anonymous results will be aggregated and shared with NCQA and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters (NBPP) on Exchange Federal Standard requirements. NCQA accreditation signifies Blue Cross NC’s commitment to ensuring the safety of clinical care services and quality health care to its members.
Thank you for your continued collaboration to make health care better for all.
