Gabby Kyle-Lion, senior health care analyst with NCQA, will discuss HEDIS immunization measures and quality reporting methods, analyze recent trends in immunization performance, identify common barriers to improving vaccine rates, and discuss strategies to overcome vaccine hesitancy.

  • Obtain foundational knowledge of immunizations’ importance, HEDIS immunization measures, and quality reporting methods. 
  • Analyze recent trends in immunization performance to inform quality improvement efforts. 
  • Identify current barriers to improving vaccination rates and strategies to overcome vaccine hesitancy.
