As a reminder, Federal Employee Program Blue Dental (FEP Blue Dental) claims will only be paid once the primary medical benefit has been processed.
Please note the following:
- Claims should be filed with the FEP Blue Medical plan first. If the plan is FEP Blue Medical, they will send the claim to FEP Blue Dental. If the medical plan is not FEP Blue Medical, you will need to file the dental claim directly with FEP Blue Dental once the medical claim is processed.
