- Marketplace POS: 4.0 out of 5 stars
These ratings enable consumers and employers to make informed choices when shopping for a quality health plan and are based on nationally recognized measures, including:
- Commercial products: Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS), and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Health Plan Accreditation Survey.
- Marketplace products: Qualified Health Plan (QHP) Enrollee Experience Survey, HEDIS, and Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) measures.
