This is a reminder that Medicare Supplement members are not required to complete a Coordination of Benefits (COB) questionnaire. Blue Cross NC recognizes that Medicare is primary for all our Medicare Supplement members and therefore this questionnaire is not required.
You can identify a Medicare Supplement member based on their ID card, see below for an example ID card.
