Save Time and Administrative Burden Through the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Care Affiliate Provider Portal
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) offers providers the ability to save time and administrative burden by creating authorization requests online through the Care Affiliate/Blue e portal.
Additionally, providers can also use Care Affiliate to:
- Upload documentation
- Communicate directly with Nurse Reviewers
- Check authorization status
- Update pending authorization requests
- Request extensions
- View/save/print determination letters
- Access the Prior Plan Approval List
