State Health Plan Member ID Change for 2022
State Health Plan Members have received new ID numbers effective 1/1/2022. We request that you view the members ID card and obtain the full ID number for submission of claims with dates of service on or after 1/1/2022. Additionally, please be aware that the 3-position alpha prefix for this group remained the same, but the W in the first position of their base 9 is removed, and the rest of the numeric in the ID has completely changed.
