How to register

  1. Receive your welcome letter as a Blue Cross NC contracted provider or confirmation that we've registered your NPI.
  2. Complete the Blue e registration form.
  3. Submit the form.
  4. Receive a welcome email from Blue Cross NC with a temporary Blue e password.
  5. Log in with user ID from Blue e registration form and temporary password. Update password and start using Blue e.
Blue e registration form Are you a chiropractor or a billing service?

If yes, you will need to complete a separate form to start the Blue e registration process.
