Here's what you need to know
Before you go:
- Verify your health plan benefits online.
- Download the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core mobile app.
- Add these important Gobal Core numbers to your mobile phone contacts:
- Medical assistance 800-810-BLUE (2583) or
- Call collect at 804-673-1177
While you're traveling:
- Carry your member ID card.
- Find a provider on the Global Core app.
- In an emergency, go to the closest hospital.
