At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC), we provide access to reputable mental health professionals and treatment centers. Some plans also offer coverage for Narcan and other medications used to treat substance use disorders.

Receive immediate support from mental health counselors by calling the mental health number on the back of your Blue Cross NC member ID card (800-359-2422). Select the option for "Crisis Services."
