Blue Medicare Advantage members will have access to SilverSneakers beginning in 2026.
SilverSneakers is a fitness and health program that gives you access to thousands of gyms and studios, including community fitness centers and popular gyms like O2, Planet Fitness, and YMCAs.1
At no additional cost, Medicare members get access to:
- Local in-person classes designed for seniors of all skill levels
- On-demand and live at-home virtual fitness classes and workshops
- An app designed to help you meet your fitness goals
Once you have activated your account, choose the option that works for best you.
If you don't like exercising alone or don't know where to start, SilverSneakers provides access to exercise classes at gyms and community centers near you. These classes are designed for seniors and led by supportive instructors.
With both national gyms and local community centers part of the SilverSneakers program, members can join more than 22,000 fitness centers across the country. You can join multiple centers at any time.
SilverSneakers digital platform offers live and on-demand classes, including stretch, cardio, yoga, meditation, and more, to get you moving from the comfort of home.
