Benita Phipps

As a group consultant, Benita Phipps supports FEP members and agency benefits officers.

Benita has been in health insurance for more than 30 years with experience in sales and health and wellness promotion. She has worked with federal employees and Medicaid recipients in various roles.

She has national and international experience, presenting on various health and wellness topics, including self-esteem for adolescent girls, HIV/AIDS prevention and education, preventive health, physical fitness, and self-care. 

Benita earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the State University of New York (SUNY) Albany, and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in health education and promotion from Benedictine University.
