$112 per monthly to spend through the FitOn Health platform on gym memberships, in-person classes and fitness equipment, plus unlimited access to on-demand digital workouts.2

Use our in-network providers and pay $0 for routine eye exams. You'll also continue to receive an allowance that can be used on prescription eyewear, contact lenses and more.3
No More Prescription Drug Coverage Gap
You will now have a lower Part D out-of-pocket maximum of $2,000 for your prescription drugs.3
Dental coverage

Vision coverage
