Yes. We believe mental health care should be delivered how people prefer to receive it, whether that is using telehealth or in a physical office. We have providers in our network who can do either or both of these. Benefits vary by plan, so please check your benefit booklet for more details.
Access the most up-to-date doctor information with our Find Care search in the Blue Cross NC member portal. With it, you can locate doctors by name, specialty, county or ZIP Code. The information is updated weekly.
You can also contact Customer Service at 877-258-3334 for help locating a doctor.
Your Benefit Booklet is available on the Coverage page in the Blue Cross NC member portal. It has detailed information about your specific benefits and covered services. In the member portal, you can also find:
- Member ID cards
- Plan benefits
- Claim status
- Bill pay options
- Deductible balances, copayment amounts, coinsurance percentages, and other out-of-pocket costs
- Contact information in the Contact Preferences Center
