Carelon Provider Portal changes effective July 1, 2024

Effective July 1, 2024, Carelon is changing the functionality of its Provider Portal.

Beginning July 1, Carelon will retire the “Check Order Status” on the portal, and providers should instead use “Order Search” going forward.
