Blue Cross NC Provider Feedback Tool

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) is pleased to announce a new Provider Feedback Tool available to you and your office staff beginning June 2023. This tool provides an easy-to-use format to share feedback with the Blue Cross NC Risk Management and Analytics Teams.

The Provider Feedback Tool will be embedded within your monthly Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) Persistency Report. There will be drop-down boxes available beside each row of data for you to choose a feedback response. A free text option will be available if your feedback related to the row of data is not included in the other drop-down options. You can also share and request updates to a Blue Cross NC member profile. This includes reporting deceased dates for members and Hospice Services entry dates.

Your feedback will help us improve the integrity and accuracy of the Blue Cross NC member information being provided and used by your group(s) and Blue Cross NC. As a provider, your participation is critical in tracking and treating the chronic conditions experienced by your Blue Cross NC member population.
