State Health Plan: ValueOptions Is Now Beacon Health Options

At the end of last year, ValueOptions^®, which is the behavioral health management company for State Health Plan members, merged with Beacon Health Strategies. The new, combined company is called Beacon Health Options.

Visual rebranding of ValueOption’s collateral is already underway, and some providers may have already noticed the new company name and logo reflected on the provider newsletter and correspondence they receive.   Here’s the new Beacon Health Options logo:

ValueOptions will continue to exist as a legal entity, and there are no plans at this time to modify the contracts they hold with providers or clients. However, State Health Plan materials that providers and members receive from ValueOptions today will be rebranded with the new Beacon Health Options logo and name by the end of 2015. While the name and logo have changed, the contact information you use today has not changed.
