We’ll be doing website maintenance on Sunday from 1 a.m. until 5 a.m. The Blue Connect website may be unavailable during maintenance. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Effective January 1, 2020, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) will become the administrator of behavioral health benefits for members enrolled in an AT&T, BCBSIL health plan. BCBSIL replaces these members’ current behavioral health administrator, Beacon Health Options.
For dates of service beginning on or after January 1, 2020:
- Members enrolled in an AT&T health plan must refer to BCBSIL’s online Provider Finder® to identify in-network providers for behavioral health care services.
- Reimbursement claims for these members must be submitted to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) for processing through the BlueCard program, rather than to Beacon Health Options.
AT&T notified members of this change in October 2019.
AT&T members have the three-character prefix “PAS” on their member ID cards. Providers and patients can contact the number on the member’s ID card for assistance.
