Find plan information on your member ID card

Your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC) card is also known as your member ID card.

On your card, you'll find the name of your plan located at the top. This will help you find out what doctors are in your network. For health plans, you can also find your Rx letter code for getting prescriptions in the lower right corner.

If you don't have your physical card with you, you can get a digital version by logging in to your Blue Cross NC account.
