Help when you need it most
What if you had your own personal guide who understands your medical issues? An advocate who knows how to work with the health care system.
You can with the Nurse Support Program that is already a part of your health insurance benefits.
If you are dealing with a complex health condition, we can help. And there's no additional cost to you.
A nurse advocate can help take the stress out of managing:
- Complex health conditions
- Multiple health concerns
- Injuries from accidents
- Disease-specific illnesses
- Short-term disability
Our registered nurses work with you to:
- Understand your condition, treatment options, and treatment plan
- Help you make informed decisions
- Improve how you manage your condition day to day
- Coordinate care among your doctors and health care team
Best of all, our service is on your terms. The Nurse Support Program doesn't:
- Replace your current care, doctor or health care team.
- Interfere with your normal schedule. How often you talk to us is up to you.
- Cost anything extra. This program is a benefit of your health plan.
